Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SpeedBump! We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders.

 

 

1. Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours (Monday - Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

 

Currently, SpeedBump ships to addresses domestically within  United States. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more locations in the future.

 

 

3. Shipping Carriers

 

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently. Our primary carriers include:

 

United States Postal Service (USPS)

FedEx

United Parcel Service (UPS).

 

The carrier for your specific order will be chosen based on the shipping method selected, package size, weight, and destination.

 

 

4. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Estimated Delivery Times

 

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date the order is shipped, not necessarily from the date it is placed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).Here are our current shipping options:

 

Economy Shipping:

Estimated Delivery: 5 to 8 business days

Cost: Free for orders $35.00 and up.

Cost: $4.90 for orders weighing 0lb – 5lb (if order total is below $35.00).

Cost: $19.90 for orders weighing 5lb – 70lb (if order total is below $35.00).

 

Standard Shipping:

Estimated Delivery: 3 to 4 business days

Cost: $6.90 for orders weighing 0lb – 1lb.

Express Shipping:

Estimated Delivery: 1 to 2 business days

Cost: $14.99

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, and the weight and/or value of your order.

 

5. Shipment Tracking

 

Yes, we provide shipment tracking for all orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

 

6. Shipping Restrictions

 

At this time, SpeedBump has no specific shipping restrictions regarding P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or specific items to domestic locations. However, should any restrictions apply to your order, we will notify you promptly.

 

7. Damaged or Defective Products Received

 

We take great care in packaging your order. However, in the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is defective, please contact our customer support team at support@getspeedbump.com within 7 days of receiving your order.To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

 

Your order number

 

Clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging

 

SpeedBump will review the case and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged or defective item.

 

8. Lost or Stolen Shipments

 

SpeedBump is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage to products during the shipping process once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and for assistance. We will provide you with any necessary information from our end to support your claim with the carrier.

 

 

9. Returns and Exchanges (Shipping Aspect)

 

As per our No Returns Policy, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason except in cases of damaged or defective products (as outlined in Section 7) or if SpeedBump has made an error with your order (e.g., sending the wrong item or size).If a return is approved for a damaged/defective product or an error on our part:

 

SpeedBump will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

 

For errors on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you the correct item as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

For approved damaged/defective returns, SpeedBump will guide you on the return process. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging and condition, along with any included accessories or tags.

10. Order Cancellations

 

We do not accept order cancellations once the order has been placed and payment has been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
